Specialist Course
Live life as adventure and embrace the chaotic energy and chance offerings of everyday street life This specialist course consists of a combination of field trips, rigorous review sessions and lectures. Your tutor, Marco Bok, will discuss techniques for working candidly and unobtrusively in public places to best express your experience and regard of your life and times. You will also learn to overcome your fears in relation to seizing the moment and approaching people who intrigue and interest you for impromptu, in situ, street portraits. You will draw inspiration from the masters of street photography, such as Henri Cartier-Bresson, Walker Evans, Robert Frank, Garry Winogrand, Lee Friedlander, Diane Arbus, William Klein and Josef Koudelka.
