Capturing the Decisive Moment

Specialist Course
5 classes / 3 hours per class / 1 class per week

In this specialist course, you will learn about the techniques, tips, equipment, and media protocol required to photograph sport anywhere from your local sports ground to the biggest public sporting arenas.

Your tutor, Simon Grimmett is a leading specialist highly regarded in both the sporting and advertising worlds. Simon will take you through capturing the emotion, timing, intensity and excitement that a good sports image and portfolio narrates. There will also be a guest lecture by internationally renowned and award winning sports photographer Delly Carr. Whether you are interested in increasing your skills for weekend tournaments, or want to bring your photography to the next level, this course will develop your technique for capturing breath taking sports imagery.

Required: Camera Craft 2 (or relevant experience)
