The ACP Store will endeavour to ship your order within two working days of receiving it. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email advising you of this and a full refund.

Shipping is currently only calculated on catalogues and single issues of Photofile.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post and postage fees are calculated using the Australian Post Postage Calculator. Freight is calculated according to postcode or country-of-destination and the estimated total weight of items in your shopping cart.
Shipping costs for additional items are calculated by weight and added to the cost of the first item. Buying in volume will mean you save on shipping costs.
Depending on destination, shipping timeframes are normally one business day for Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane and an extra day for Perth, Darwin and Canberra. Hobart can take up to four days if customs clearance is required. For regional towns and rural areas shipping can take up to five business days.
- Most items will arrive within 5-7 business days after placing an order.
- The ACP Store will ship to a Post Office box.
International Shipping Information
The ACP Store will ship to all overseas customers. All transactions are carried out in Australian Dollars (AUD).

If you don't wish to use your credit card online, simply enter products into your shopping basket as normal. Once you have finished shopping simply choose the 'print' option from your web-browser toolbar. This will allow you to print your order and fax it to the ACP Store with your credit card details. Terms and Conditions
- Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
- Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
- A signature is not required by Australia post, upon delivery of goods.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
Please Note: Products on a single order may ship from multiple warehouses resulting in multiple deliveries being received. Customers will only be charged with one shipping charge regardless of part shipment.
