Getting Started Guide

The following is a quick guide to help get you started with submissions to the Previews section of the ACP website. Submissions are currently accepted from Artists, Galleries and Arts Related Organisations, for photographic and photo-media based exhibitions throughout Australian and New Zealand.

Create an ACP ID

To get started, first create an ACP online membership account (an ACP ID). If you already have an account you can skip this step and Login here, otherwise Sign-Up here.

Apply for Contributor Status

Before you can begin submitting Previews for consideration, you must Apply for Contributor Status to be assigned to your account.

All request for Contributor status are sent to an ACP Moderator for final approval. Please note that this may take up to 48 hours, during the normal working week. Once a request has been approved you will be automatically notified by email.

Submit a Preview

Once your application for Contributor Status has been approved, you will then be able to access the My Previews section of the ACP site. From here you can submit Previews for consideration, plus manage and view the status of your Preview submissions.

When submitting a Preview, be sure to complete in all the required fields, which are indicated by an asterisk (*). Please also read the "Terms and Conditions" and if you agree, check the box at the end of the form, before submitting.

All Preview submissions are sent to an ACP Moderator for final approval. You can check the status of a Preview submission on the My Previews page. Once a submission has been approved it will be published on the relevant Preview page for either 'Current' or 'Future' listings.

ACP reserves the right to edit or delete Preview submissions. Expired listings will be automatically removed from the ACP site. An archive is not retained.
