An artistic program is about more than just bums on seats. We interrogate Australia's most dynamic and innovative Artistic Directors to find out how they strike a balance between audiences, artistic risk-taking and other critical agendas.

Speakers include Kristy Edmunds (Artistic Director, Melbourne International Arts Festival 2005 - 2008), Lisa Havilah (Director, Campbelltown Arts Centre) and Andrew Upton (Co-Artistic Director, Sydney Theatre Company). Hosted By Andrew Frost (The Art Life, ABC TV)
