Without good documentation, your performance effectively never happened. This panel gives an overview of photographic documentation for performers, theatre companies and musicians and for the photographers who work with them. Topics covered will include:

• How to ensure good documentation for promotion, publication and other uses
• Negotiating contracts between performers and photographers (and the vexed issue of who owns those images)
• Legal issues relating to privacy and the distribution of images
• Maintaining control of your images online
