Photoshop 1
“I have learned so much, and I know I can continue learning at home.” - Student Feedback 2011 In this introduction to Photoshop you will learn how to navigate the workspace in it's entirety. You will be introduced to the following industry standard techniques: layers, Colour Correction and Tone, Image Manipulation, Selection Tools, Masks and Curves, Filters, Automated functions and printing Concentrating on Adobe Photoshop 5.1, this course introduces you to the fundamentals of working with digital imaging. The course will ensure you are confident in handling the basic functions of this powerful program. You will have your own workstation during the class, and special access outside class time to develop your own work. To get the best out of this class we recommend that you have your own copy of the Photoshop software in order to practice your work at home, but we also offer free time to use the digital suite while you are undertaking the course.
Required: Camera Craft 1 or a (or relevant experience)
